Tire Clearence

My son has a 2000 2500 and is wanting to put 315/12.50/16 on. Will there be enough clearence or are they gonna rub bad.

I would think that they might clear on stock rim, but I had 305's on my 2000 with Eagle alloy rims and that was as big as I could go without a lift
