Dura Grapplers and inspection

I have inspection due soon and I need tires. I dont want to worry about failing but I want a bigger tire. Im planning on getting the Nitto Dura Grappler at 285-75-17. Any one have these, will they pass without fender flares in PA

I can tell you I have the Terra Grapplers in the same size and they don't stick out past the fender flares.

Do you mean fenders or do you have fender flares?

sorry, I do not have flares, regular oem fenders
