teflon wheels
I'm thinking about doing a teflon coated wheel by American racing. The Dominator wheel has a 4 1/2" backspace and the "new" Thug wheel has a 5 3/8" backspace. I realize that the factory spacing is 6", I wanted to know how much the offset played into this. Also I have 33" tires now and I will be moving to a 35" tire when these wear out. I wanted to know which one you guys thought would be a better fit. I do a fair amount of highway driving. Jay

If you only plan on leveling it, use the 5-3/8 backspace wheels. From what I have heard, if you run a 4.5 backspace wheel, you will have to run at least a 4" lift to prevent rubbing.
