285/70/19.5 fitment on dually Mega Cab

Just about ready for new tires & I want to go to a taller tire (as we all do). I want to go to a 35" tall tire, no taller as I'll be pulling a 5th wheel at times. Any body running the 285/70/19.5s? How much do the rears stick out? Pics?? What about the 265/70/19.5s (34" tall)

What rims?

I have the 265/70/19.5s they Fit perfect. The Rim doesent look to big or small for the truck and the tire fits perfect. not to big doesent rub anything. dident notice a loss in power really. Just seems a little harder to get them rolling from a stop.
