Suggest all terrains

I need some suggestions from you guys on some all terrains to put on my 2500.

it can either be 16" or 17" (i have a set of stock 16's and a set of 2004 17" aluminum's)

i'm hoping to get something in the 33" or 34" range.

and i'll say right away i don't want BFG a/t's so no need to suggest them.

it will be mostly highway but i do go offroad at my buddies (nothing serious). and heaviest i tow is a truck bed full of wood or a quad or a pop up camper.

just curious why not the bfgs?

other tires i would suggest:

Yokohama Geolander ATS
Nitto Terragrappler AT
Pirelli scorpion ATS
Hankook Dynapro ATM
Michelin LTX AT2(probably going to be the smoothest ride and less road noise)

i'm just not a fan of them. i don't like how they look, plus i think for what they are they are way over priced.

my buddy has them on his truck and even if its the morning dew on grass he does nothing but spin his back tires, whereas i can just put it in gear and go no problem

I have the Hankook AT's and like them quite a bit. I don't have a ton of miles on them but they don't seem to hold rocks as bad as my old BFG AT's do. They also offer a 295/70R17 in load range E that looks great too!

Nitto Terragrappler AT chips real easy on gravel roads.
I love the hankooks. but never tried the ATs. I have only bought the MTs. but nice rubber mix i think and very quiet so the ATs must be good.

Go with Nitto's or Toyo's, you won't be dissapointed.

while i have come to find that i like the toyo and nitto tread pattern, i do not like their prices in the 33" tire sizes.

the hankooks on the other hand seem to get really good reviews and are decently priced.

i might actually wait off and take my 16" rims and slap on some Goodyear Duratracs, then take the 17's and put on some hankook MT's for next spring/summer
