Hummer wheel center size?

So I was wondering how much the center holes need to be bored out for them to fit on my 00 Ram? I read that the needed to be 121.23 mm or 4.774"... But this is not the same size.. So how much do I need to tell my machinist to chop them down?

i made mine 4.778, this the opening from the spare wheel. just dropped both off at the machine shop.
