Vibrations

I have 17x9 wheels with 295 70 all terrains and i get vibrations at different mph and none whatsoever at most other speeds. If i were to go to a more rim less tire combo ex... 20x9 and less rubber/rim ratio would this help the vibrations?
Thanks,
Derek
