8 lug alum. wheels from a ford??

used the wheels off our old ford...aftermarket performance wheels....anyone else used ford wheels on a 2 gen dodge?? i used the dodge lugs since the taper is so long...these be ok?...will try to post a pic or two in the next few days if anyone wants to see

79 350...reg old 8 lug pattern...seem to fit on fine...torqued all the lugs, just wanna kno if theres any difference, dont want my wheel flyin off at 70 in the interstate
