ideas on new 35" tires

Hey guys. I'll be leveling my truck shortly and am wanting to run 35"s. I want a Mud Terrain that will wear good on the road, tow decent, and still be agressive. I was mainly looking at the BFG M/T and the Interco Truxus M/T. The Truxus seems to have pretty strong sidewalls. What are yall's opinions of the two? Any other suggestions are welcome as well.
Thanks,
Tyler

ive heard the trxus M/T dodesnt balance for sh!t and is way to soft of a tire on the street, lasting maybe like 15k miles? Between the 2 id say hands down BFG over the Trxus

BFG or Toyo have 25k on my Toyo's and little over half tread. Excellent ride and suprisingly little road noise for a Mud Terrain

I had 30k on my 285 TrXus tires on my '99 then tried them in 35's on my '04 and only got 15k

Switched to Toyo MT's in 35" and on track for getting about 30k or a little better out of them.
Needed a 10 ply with 3500 or better load rating for hauling my camper, very few options.

I have 34K on my TRXUS MT's right now, but really need to get another set of tires soon. They are hard to keep balanced, but provide great off-road traction.

I had the BFG's and hated them, couldn't get the to stay balanced for the life of me. and they were too light for the truck being their weight rating is 200# LESS than the stock tires.

I ended up putting Toyo Open Country MT's on mine and love them! They are E rated and 400# higher rating than the stock tires.

I Dont Think 35" Tires Will Fit. I Just Installed 305-55-20 B.f.gs On My 2007 6.7 2500 Mega Cab And They Are 33.2 Inches Tall And There Is No Room For A Larger Tire. As Far As The Bfg The Best Tire Of Choice ,i Have Always Had Great Luck With Them, Also Bfg Is One Of Few That Is Snow Rated.

My brother is running 35/12.5/17 Pro Comp Mud Terrains on his 04. The only promblem he has with them is when he turns the wheel all the way to the left or to the right, they rub a little.
