What kind of wheels are these

I just got this truck last week and I dont have a clue what kind wheels these are. It has some funky lug nuts on it and I dont have the tool to remove them. Where can I get a tool for them?

Those lug nuts are made by Gorilla Products, they are called a "tuner" style lug nut

Go to discount and tell them you need a key for thier splined 9/16 lug nuts. Ive had 5 sets of theses lugs and all the keys are the same. I used to have some Ice Metal wheels that looked similar to those?

to me that looks like a wheel that ULTRA would have made in the 90's
