Question Tire Question..help Before I Make A Mistake..

hey,..

i have a 2008 2500 megacab. stock rims/tires... 265/70/17..
i am ready to go up in size of tire staying with stock rim. i love the look of a mt but do not want anything with a ton of noise. would consider a at but with some good tread. i am seeing 285/70/17 and they look good, but want opinions on what size and tire works best or that you like. how much bigger could i go. 295, 305, 315. and then is there a at that gives good tread and look of a mt with out going with a mt. i like the maxxis bighorn at. looks good. would a 285/75/17 fit good. do not want to have rubbing or endanger the mph, or computer system at all. and last of all, trying to stay with a low cost tire. are hankook any good. i can get them cheaper than any. please help. do not want to buy the wrong thing and not be happy. never went with a aggressive tread before.

Tires

On stock rims 315/70/17 will rub at full lock even with 2 in level kit. Go with 285/75/17 and will look good and save your front end alot of wear.
