Which wheels will fix my scrubbing problem?

I've got a 2002 2500 with 2" leveling kit and 315/75/16s (35x12.5) on stock rims and they fit great however they rub my control arms at full lock. This is rather annoying and now that I'm in the market for some new rims I'd like to get some that fix this issue.

The plan is to get some 17s and wrap them with some 35x12.50s. I've done a lot of looking and basically narrowed my choices down to the following...

Ultra 175s, Cepek DC-1s, or Moto Metal 955s.

Ultra's are offered in a 17x8 with 5.25" backspace and +19 offset. The Cepek's are a 17x9 with 4.5" backspace and -12" offset. The Moto Metals are 17x9, 4.53" backspace, and -12" offset. What would work best on my rig and not rub the control arms? I've got some pretty big flares so there is room to push the tires out some but I don't want some wide ghetto stance either.

Talking Wheels

I was just looking at Walker Evans Racing wheels and they have chrome, black, etc, and also have different color simulated beadlocks in offsets from 3 to 6 inches. For my 06 they are 325.00 each in 17x8.5. Nice wheels.
