true 35 inches??

hi, i just got my 35 inch toyo mts put on. used my smarty to reprogram for my different tire size, but when i put it on 35 inch tires my speedo is about 3 or 4 mph different when compared to my gps. so if im not mistaken a 35 inch tire isn'tt a true 35 inches, more like 34 and a half? or what?

The toyo website should have an exact measurement of what they are. I sell them for a living and I THOUGHT that they were actually pretty close and measured out to 35.10

in my oppion it seems it would be just as simple and pulling a tape measure out on the tire and poking that number in the smarty
