96 with stock 2003 wheels

What size tires would a stock height 96 with the 17x8 wheels off a 2003 be able to clear? would it be the same size tires as a 2003 or would it be smaller?

you should be able to run 285/75/17's with no problem, which is somewhere around 32-33 depending on the brand, i know a guy that has a 96 and is runnin some rims off a 05 and that is the size he's got on there.
