Tire rotation ?

I'm runnin the Toyo Mt and really like em so far.I just had them rotated for the 1st time at 4,000 miles.I noticed they are a little noisy compared to before the rotation. Is this normal?

i notice a change when i rotate mine too. i think it is due to the different wear front to rear, but i haven't seen any bad wear. i rotate mine between 5k-7k depending on when i get around to it!
