Mud Flaps to work with current rims & tires

Last summer I installed new rims & tires on my truck which had a greater off set than I expected and needed to put on bushwacker fender flares as well. My tires are a size that do not allow me to put on front mud flaps and because of the no mud flaps I have ended up having many rock chips along my rocker panel that I know have to get fixed. I was wondering if anyone knew of a mud flap that could be installed that could be attached to the truck under the fender instead of inside the fender as my tires rub slightly on the inside of my fenders as it is leaving no room for mud flaps.
