Got my Hummer H2 Wheels home.

I went and picked them up from a local place Sat morn. They are the chrome H2 Hummer wheels, brand new take off's. Paid $426 with tax. I figured that wasn't a bad deal and it was close to go get them. They are MINT. I will try and take pics of them. This guy has more H2 (non chrome) wheels there for $275 and he said he can get the chrome ones every now and again. If anyone is looking for new take off's get ahold of me and I can give you his number. He ships wheels as well.

Eric

P.S. He said he sold them to a guy who had a new gen Dodge and he said he didn't think the guy had to mod his to get them to fit? Is it 100% certain to have to have them machined out to make them fit? Also, the wheels look much wider than stock. Does anyone know how wide the stock wheels are? I know a lot of people say that with the H2 wheels they had no rubbing after a leveling kit and putting 35's on but I figured since it was a little wider wheel, it'd stretch the tires more and might make MORe rubbing issues. Or is that taken care of with the slightly different offset?

Yes, they have to be machined out. They will not fit over the hubs without it.

The stock Ram wheels are 8" wide. The H2s are 8.5" wide. You shouldn't have any issues with fitment, but the H2s will stick out from under the fenders a bit more since they have less backspacing.

One just needs to bore the center hole out a touch to get them to fit over the hubs on our rigs. Can be done with a huge hole saw or a flush bit on a router - which is what I did.

flush bit with low speed router and oil the rim area you're trimming. comes out like a champ ! 1/2 " offset bearing works perfect . turn the rim backside up and check router set up. you need to take that little bit of aluminum off of the center to make it all flush. take a look there ,....there's just a little lip there and that's all that needs to come off. take your time and go slow. and it comes out perfect.
good luck
