Did it myself and cost under $20. do a search on here for black rims and you will get a lot of results for how guys have done theres. I washed mine with soap and water, scuffed them up with scotch brite pad, 1 coat of self etching primer, 2 coats of black. Just be sure to let the primer dry completely before you spray them with the black. I love the way mine turned out Before: ![]() After:
