I cleaned mine up with soap and water, scuffed them with a scotch brite pad, 1 coat of primer, and 2 coats of black. Got it all at advanced auto for around $17 bucks. im pretty happy with the way they turned out.

My buddy did some wheels with Rustoleum Hammer finish for his off-road wheels. They look good but they have a texture to them. I'm going to do my H2's with self-etching primer and wheel paint, then clear.

sand paper and 2 coats of hammer coat. the textured look is nice and they have held up great after two offroad sessions so far.
