big rig tire question

HEY GUYS I HAVE 22.5 ALCOAS ON MY 08 QUAD CAB WITH 37INCH TIRES. i HAVE THE BIGGEST PROBLEM KEEPING IT ON THE ROAD IN THE RAIN. CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE OR IS THIS JUST A PROBLEM WITH THESE RAIN CUTTER TIRES.

Get the tire pressure down first.

about how much pressure is everyone running with good results, and where do i get tires sipe'd
