Picture request 3rd Gen with 37" tires and 4.5" lift

I have an 08 QC 6.7 longbed. Currently it has a 2" leveling kit and 315/70R17s on the factory Laramie wheels. I just ordered a set of 37" MTRs for it and am now trying to decide on the lift. 4.5" or 6"? Anyone have any pictures?

Here is a 6" with fake 37's They're about 35.5"
