Dual rear wheels on regular bed

Anyone running these on pulling trucks or anything? I have been thinking about doing this for some itme and would like to see some pics of others who have done it.

ive seen it on a few. you can get some picks on google and there was a grey dodge in diesel power mag a while back. it may still be on their website. hope that was some kind of help
