Tire wear concern

Rotating the tires on my Megacab today and took down some readings. It appears to me that the rear is suffering from over inflation and the front could have a slight aligment issue.

Front Left - 54psi, TD middle - .397, outside - .346, inside - .370.
Front Right - 54psi, TD middle - .383, outside - .384, inside - .345.

Left rear - 54psi, TD middle - .195, outside - .345, inside - .356.
Right rear - 54psi, TD middle - .203, outside - .347, inside - .354.

Door says to run 60psi in the front and 45 or 70 in the rear. (light load or max load).

Most of my miles are highway miles empty or with a 3000lb open trailer with about 600lbs tongue weight. Occasionally I have my 4 place enclosed and 4 sleds, probably 4-6 weekends/winter. Truck has just under 19k on it and the tires are the stock BF Goodrich all terrains. Very little gravel, no burnouts.

Tire experts..... should I drop the rear tire pressure to 45 and raise the front to 60?

well....IMO---this is what i've found to be the best all around for me...i don't run anymore then 35-45PSI in the rears...now keep in mind the most i really pull is 5-8k...if i were to pull more then i would bump the rear pressure up...

in the front...when i was run'n load E tires, i always kept them at about 70-75PSI...kept them from cupp'n on me...now that i have load D rated tires i run the max which is 65psi in them...

hope this helps some...

ps...i rotate my tires every 10k too...

i run 70 psi on my Michelins regardless of load, 42,000 miles, only rotated twice. the front is heavier, a turning tire and provides the most breaking force, the rear is the traction tire and with my driving habits the wear so far has been equal. when running max psi i also get better mpg because of less rolling resistance. I use to run 55 front (4400 lb) 50 rear (3300 lb) when empty.
