New H2 setup

I just got the new shoes on after finally getting the H2's machined and powdercoated black. I wanted to share the photos to see what yall think. I do want to say thanks to everyone on Cummins Forum. After researching through all the threads and people replying to mine, I got all the answers I was looking for. I appreciate it!

Anyway, H2 wheels powdercoated flat black. Double stacked lugs to use stock Dodge caps spraypainted flat black. Only the chrome ram head exposed.

great set up I really like that. can you explain how you double stacked the lugs to use the factory cab? how do you get the factory cab to still work?

Loanman, Since the Dodge caps will not reach the lugs on H2's, after the rims were put on at the tire shop with the impact wrench, I hand tightened a second set behind the first. Then the factory cap can catch the lugs. I was skeptical at first, but the owner of the tire shop said no problems and I have seen many more doublestack as well. Hope that answered your question.

Are the lugs on the 3rd gens longer then the 2nd gen? I only ask b/c i dont think that I could put two sets of lugs on my 97 2500 and H2's.

I just put H2's and 35's on my truck too, I was a little surprised how much the tires stick out, mine's pretty much like yours, are you gonna put flares on?

Also, is your truck leveled or stock or? My tires JUST fit, they come with 1/4" on the fenders. I'm going to get it aligned, hopefully cranking the lower control arm bushing gives me a little more clearance...

Cumminsfreak: I really dont know about 2nd gens, but I couldn't get but about 1 turn after the threads started. Just snug enough to stay put!

Fisher guy: My truck is stock suspension. It the front tires don't come as close as i thought they would but I have plenty room no rubbing, full lock, or the fenders.
