Chrome Clad Stockers?

Has anyone ever tried to remove the Chrome Clad Plate on the rims that come stock on some of the 3rd. Gens?

If so post pics please!

I know people do this on the Hubcaps on Doollys(Dunno how to spell it?) but I was wondering what it looks like under the Chome Plate?

Thanks!

I was wondering the same thing. It might be more work than its worth to get the chrome clad off.
