Bfg Km2????
How do you guys like these tires? What kind of milage are you getting out of them? Hows the noise and ride? I am wanting a taller tire and BFG is making a 255/80/17 in this tire. It is supposed to be about 33.5 tall I think and maybe 10" wide not sure. So any info on the KM2 is appreciated guys!

There great tires. Very low road noise, I didnt notice a change at all really. The ride is just as smooth as my old toyo highway tires. I got 18mpg last tank (city with some towing) Theres been a few big threads about the Km2's if you want more opinions. some pics on my truck ![]() ![]()

Ilove mine, went from a 265 to a 285 and they ride well on the highway, they get around pretty good in most of the muck i deal with and they seem to be wearing pretty well. I've got 15,000 on mine and my tread is about 70-75% still. My inlaws live down a nasty dirt road and with my previous tires i was getting flats from screws and nails about every third trip out, I haven't had a flat with my k2's yet.

One thing I forgot, Last summer I was on my way home from the lake pulling my 28 ft fiver with an 18' bayliner behind it, Blew a tire on the boat trailer, it whipped so bad it tossed the boat off, had the fiver and truck on two wheels, blew out two tires on the fiver and cracked both rear wheels on the truck. The km2's hung tough, never blew or lost the bead, if they wouldn't have held I probably would have flipped my truck.

I have them in 35" on my truck. So far they have done better than I thought they would. Very low road noise, ride smooth, great traction in everything I've had them in.(deep snow, packed snow, shallow super sloppy mud, gravel, wet pavement, slush) They are wearing pretty good. I have 17k miles on them and probably about 60-65% tread left.
