Different center caps on stock wheels?

I have an 03 2500 Quad Cab 4wd. I needed new tires and took off the 33x12.50s and put on 265/70 17s. I dont mind the smaller tires but I though the rims looked better without the humongous stock center caps on. Except for the gaping hole on the center of course. Has anyone ever fitted any different center caps, maybe some the were a little smaller? I dont think the rear axles protrude so far that the caps need to be that big.
