weld stone crushers??
whos runnin them? and who has some they wana sell i guess they dont make them anymore, or maybe the super single version or the chrome bart wheels? i love the classic 16" wheel look as opposed to the big rim sizes now a days, dont get me wrong, big wheels look good i had 18's on my truck. just wondering, because in my opinion wheels/tires make/brake the look of a truck. ill post a pic of what im runin in the mornin-over

I didn't know Weld went under i hate to hear that, they were $$$$ but they seemed to make real good quality wheels and very strong! Stonecrushers are a cool looking wheel, i have a buddy that runs em on his powerstroke, no complaints other than they suck to polish!

Actually on a side note to people buying wheels, my Granddad and I went on a trip to Alaska before in hsi truck, he had Weld Mountain Crushers on it, one wheel cracked and leaked air on the trip back. It was all street driving, but rough roads. Forged wheels are the only way to go on a truck I think.

jeez i bought a set of draglite 15x8 and 15x10s for my duster and BFG radial T/As to go with em, and spent just under 1000 bucks....and that was without any discounts..... theres no way they went out of business, there are WAY to many people that run welds on their muscle cars and hot rods

Search Craigslist, will probably find some. EDIT: And I talked to 4-wheel parts and Desert rat searching for Weld Mountain crusher (my original choice in wheel) and they told me Weld has not been answering the phone or e-mail and they cannot contact them. They also had a liquidation sale and sold wheels at 70% off.

Not pricey? Have you looked at the original prices on these truck wheels? For a 20x10 they were in the $400+ range (a piece). I got my mickey thompsons for Just over $200 a piece. I thought their commando wheels were nice. But 4 wheel parts sale didnt have the size I wanted. Joe E.

They are doing business under a new name it appears. Saw their ad in Diesel Power. The impact series are the truck wheels. Doesn't look like you can get the traditional designs anymore. Home :: Greg Weld Designs
