Hummer Wheel Help

Just bought some H2 wheels and I want to run 37's on the wheels. I want to run the Toyo 37 x 13.50 17's. I think the backspacing on the H2 rims is 5.5, is that correct?

I am not going to be running a lift. I am going to put Thuren Suspension with the Carli leafs in the back. I think the leafs and the suspension move the axles a little bit so that the 37's don't rub (Carli says that on site).

The Toyo's are 13.50 wide so I am worried about them hitting the bottom of the fender on top being I think they will stick out past the fender, I'm wondering if they will hit the fender or my fender flares which stick out about 2 1/2 inches? Any thoughts?

Its for a 2007 2500.

Thanks

I would be a little concerned with running the h2 wheel with the 37" toyo if you drive it hard.I have seen them break on the h2's with the lil BFG 315's
