I have an '06 2500 quad cab, can I fit 35x12.50's on a 10" rim with a leveling kit?

they'll fit. with a level kit doubt you'll have much rub
if any at all. you will need some additional backspacing
though, cuz 10 inches is a pretty wide rim.

It really does depend on the backspacing and offset. I was told a 10" rim would probably rub.
