Ok guys I have been reading on here for over an hour lol. I am looking to get a new set of tires. I see that I can easily fit a 285/75/16 stock with out any problems. The big question is I am looking at the Cooper S/T, but in a 285 they are only load range D. 265 load range E 3415 lbs 285 load range D 3305 lbs I do not tow a lot, but is there a major difference in the side walls between the E and D. A lot of people seem to like the coopers, but I don't want a tire that is underrated. I am also looking at the BFG A/t. I have had them on another truck and didn't have problems. Any other suggestions? I really want to go bigger than a 265.

just a little info here if you have stack wheels they are only rated for 2600# anyways (i think from what ive read) thats why some guys towing heavy loads are going to 19.5 cuz they are rated for like 4000 or 4500 somewhere in there

Anyone run the Toyo Open Country A/T in a 305/70/16 on stock wheels or something close to that size? Do you have any rubbing issues? I am debating between a Cooper tire or the Toyos.
