There are on emissions test for diesels. Diesels are exempted from this, you can get an inspection in any county in TX. If you have a gasser and live in a county that has emissions testing than you have to get it inspected in that county. Or any other county that has emissions testing. Around here they are cracking down on the straight piped exhaust. I think that your best bet would be to take it to a dealership they tend to look over things.
