injection pump turn up???

i have heard from alot of people that you can turn up the injection pump on a 24v manually true or false? if true how???

I have been told also ,but from everyone i ask u can't turn up the vp pump
The guy i talked to said something about a cover on the vp,then something else don't rember

vp can not be turned up with a wrench has to be done with a chip or programer

its all electronic. You can only turn up mechanical pumps manually like the P7100 on the 12 valve cummins.
