going to get alot of opinions here, no cat to remove so cant see a problem as your not modifing your emissions, just sound. if you like loud replace with a 4" turbo back straight exhaust. if you want a little rumble without the straight pipe sound add an aero turbine muffler, there loud when you want them to be

i got an 05 2500 quad cab. id like to put an exhaust on there but im not sure which way to go. im lookin to put a bully dog on it. but i dont know whether to put a 5in from the turbo back or 5in stacks. i like stacks im just not wantin to cut the bed. any suggestion. and are the stacks worth it. thanks.

In my opinion stacks look better on a long bed. As for the sound, everyone and there mother has there truck straight piped, and they all sound the same. I have MBRP 5" turbo back and it sounds sweet. I don't see or hear alot of trucks with a true exhaust system(not the factory 3 5/8" pipe ). ![]() ![]()

Your '03 doesn't have a cat to start with. Just delete the muff and you'll have your straight pipe. Then if you like it, you can step up to a Turbo back exhaust from one of our vendors! I LOVE my 5" straight pipe!!!
