I remember about ten years ago, I was riding the quad back thru the woods and along some flood control gullys.

As soon as we started down the trail, there was a Honda Civic stuck in the mud with the engine running, door wide open and no one around it.
We stuck around and looked for the driver to help them out but no one showed up.

Then about a mile later we came up on a brand new Chevy P/U High-Centered in some HUGE ruts. Again, the motor was running, door wide open and no one around.
we look down the gully and saw another truck, a Ford ranger, pretty new. It was also stuck with the motor running.

They all turned out to be stolen. We had to ride the cops out on our quads to look at them even.

Turned out it was just punk kids stealing cars to go joy riding!!

I have a cousin who had his truck stolen by a bunch of beaner drug dealers going back to mexico. The truck was ran full out pedal to the medal, off road and interstate. The cops said they were chasing it going 140 mph at times. They ran into cars and into ditches. The cops finally caught them passing the mexican boarder. Truck was afterwards. Dents, torn up undercarriage, you name it. Totaled 2004 quad cab, short bed, standard, hemi 5.7, and larame edition. Totaled.
