entire truck warranty? no. If a component of your suspension or steering goes out, and they can prove the leveling kit caused the failure, then that will void that particular part. I had the front axle ujoints go out on my truck and they replaced it under warranty even with my leveling kit.

Legally… NO!! But… every dealer will handle it differently.

I had a buddy with a new F150 with the factory offroad package, and had the front diff housing crack (bad aluminum casting) in a stock truck. But Ford denied the repair because they found “signs of abuse” (there were a few scratches under the truck from offroading) He had to fight with Ford corporate to get this fixed. But his truck was down for a month while this was going on.

I had a 2000 Jeep Wrangler with a big lift, and 35” tires under it. My local dealer changed the rear axle seals, the brake pads, and the drums under warranty without a question. But, that was a VERY small dealer, and my family had bought a total of 4 cars from them, and wanted to keep us happy.

Some dealers don’t want to do warranty work because they don’t get fully reimbursed for the work. But some dealers will do it to make customers happy.

Lets face it… when the dealer submits the paperwork for the repair, they don’t have to tell the cooperate office that the truck had a lift, or any mods.
