08 POS mega cab dually

Hello all I have an 08 mega cab dually and I have 25000 on it. my problems are this, of course its been in the shop for the cats and turbo, the power steering hisses like i have never heard it pulls to the right extreemly bad, it has a "death wobble" in the front end that makes it vary dangerouse to drive, the check engine lite has been on like 13 times but goes off before i can get it to a dealership, It wears the right front tire bad, and I should mention the miles are all highway. I want to know what to do to get dodge to buy this pile back, I cant even let my wife drive it its to dangerous,,,Thank you

I would get your documentation together and 1. see the dealer, and 2. if no luck with #1, see the lawyer!!!

I do not understand why DC can not fix this death wobble!! I am guessing as hard as the big 3 have taken a hit (poor economy) that somewhere, somehow,, corners have been cut so save a buck.

Stock shocks suck.

They might start with providing some decent shocks. I've had accordians yield more resistance. They are so mushy and weak it's pitiful.

I just called Lemon Law about 3 months ago and faxed them copy's of all my documents of my pile of crap 6.7L and just finally got to OK for dodge to do a buy 4 days ago and I just bought a 06 5.9L yesterday. Dodge pays all the lawyer fees. I paid 43K plus fees for the 6.7L and I have 30K on the truck after 15 months. I just bought a 06 5.9L with 29K for 23K. Much happier.
My exhaust was replaced and still plugged up. My turbo was replaced @ 17K and still have smoking issues and check engine light still comes on and off.Just call them and speak with them before it's to late.

Your Lemon Law depends on your state and some are better than others. Find the Lemon Law and make sure you comply with it correctly, file the Lemon Law paperwork, set an arbitration date and no matter what they say, don't give in. You will get a refund or a new truck.
I did it on my 99 Dodge without an Attorney. In Florida it was completely unneccesary to have an Attorney.

Im not sure where you're from, but in Maryland, if you have taken to the dealer for the same problem more then 3 times and it is still not fixed (under warrenty) they are required by law to buy it back from you. i think they call it a lemon law.
