Block Heater Plug

Have a 07 Dodge 5.9L diesel. It did not come with block heater plug.Is it safe to assume it has the block heater, and I just need to buy the plug and connect it?

Look beside the oil filter housing on the block, there should be a plug fitting there..I bought mine on ebay fairly cheap made in USA..Good Luck!

You can get the cord from a Cummins dealer much cheaper than from Dodge.

I'd look very hard at your truck. I thought they all came with the block heater. They hide the plug very well behind the radiator support on the passenger side.
