major problems???

ok story starts 9 months ago pop 216 and got dead pedal new vp and better lift pump setup no problems until about 2 months ago pop 216 and dead pedal returns vp under warranty so they sent me new one the before a got the new one i pop apps code i though nothing of it vp is giveing me lot problems that day so cleared it all put new pump no problems for about three days then all of a sudden truck will not accel past 2000rpm baby it back to the house when got to the house it would not do more than idle changed fuel filter check for leaks no codes blead all lines after that would even start check the key way for vp it good put the ohm meter on the apps seams right no dead spots unplug map juice check all connection nothing appears wrong but it will no hit lick it will with ether though????? any help is very appraceated
