03 powersteering cap comin out?

A friend of mine has an 03 and his powersteering cap keeps comin out its happened three times. any suggestions?

He is also having a problem with when he stops at light or somthing his truck idles up to 1100rpms if he mashes on the brakes really hard then it idles down or if he turns the wheel real sharp. And I dont have a clue what it could be.

Thanks

sounds like both problems are related. it sounds like the powersteering highpressure switch is stuck on. causing the truck to idle up. so stepping on the brake or turning the wheel changes the p/s pressure. i'd start there.
good luck
