I bought a 2011 C&C 5500 imported out of the states a couple months ago. Found this site, ran the VIN, and came up with a recall for left tie rod. Called a local dealer, gave VIN and they confirmed. However when I brought the truck in a few weeks later for the recall, it now shows no recalls for that VIN number! I'm 100% positive I didn't screw up the VIN, as dealer gave me info on truck when I phoned to make appt. WTF??
