How to get TSB done

I have had my 97 3500, since 99 and now see many TSB's that relate and bothering me, such as the rear spring clicking, parking brake wont go back to rest, seat belt cinch etc.
Is there a time limit and is the local dealer obligated to do these tsb or supply parts on this old of a truck ???
I had a couple of them done back in 97 throttle linkage, steering shaft, which is bad again, etc. Thanks RJ

do you need a warrenty to get those done? I bought mine used and got a cheap 1000 mile 1 month warrenty from the dealer. Don't think the dodge warrenty came with it. Or does it automatically mean I can get these TSB's if I own a dodge?

the only thing that came up was the throttle linkage. That broke on the freeway one day and i had to fix it.
they gave me a new rod. I am wondering how they get away with these bogus seat belts. I have never used a seat belt but my grand kids use them and there is not one that works.

The problem is that they DONT have to perform tsbs, those are to aid techs, they do HAVE to perform recalls(throttle linkage) so when you type in your vin it shows recalls... When you bring your truck in for specific problems, a tech will look at tsbs to see if the manufacturer has an update or suggested repair( tsb ) Technical Service Bulletan, or this is what I understand of it

NO1B4ME - thanks for that website, there were 4 recalls on my 1995 3500 that weren't taken care of and that was just the ones after 1999. They will be emailing me the others. I bought the truck used and it now has 187K on it. I will enter a post later on any problems that I run into as well as what was completed.
