help decipher this auth. code

I have one of them stickers with a code from the dealer for one of them authorized changes. Could someone help decipher this? The number is 333035300J, dealer number 43582 on 10-25-98.

required (by EPA) when ECM has been updated. The number is your ECM calibration but your number has too many digits, but the J does belong at the end.
