2006 not starting

Has anybody had any trouble with their 2006 Mega cab dually 6 spd. not starting? Have not had any trouble until recently. Went to Sams and when I came out it would not start, Called AAA they came out and decided it wasn't the battery (I knew that it wasn't) When he was getting ready to put in on the roll back and he straightened out the wheels and for some reason he tried starting it and it started. 3 days later same thing except staightening the wheels didn't help (might have been a fluke). It is at the Dodge dealer as we speak, (still under warranty), didn't have this problem with my 2003. Does Dodge supply you with a vehicle if there is warranty work that takes longer than a day? Thanks in advance

I though you ment that the truck was hard starting I would lean towards a bad connection somewhere since it started once when the truck was moved.

Check your wires around the starter, Some people have found that the wires chaffed and or melted.

Just got the truck back from the dealer's they had to reprogram the FLASH TIPM. said there was a TECH bulletin or something did not get to speak to the service tech that worked on it. the cause is stated as TSB 0802106. I just had to have something re-programed in November. Thanks for all the responses!

Oh by the way, the Cummins does not use glow plugs, it uses a grid heater instead. This typically only comes on when the outside temp get arround 54 degrees Farenheit or lower. How is the truck doing now?

Hey thanks for letting me know that it is a grid heater now (guess thinking glow plugs goes back to the days of the 1986 Ford Dually I had once upon a time)the truck is doing good so far, (headed back to MS early Saturday morning) hope it continues.
