02-07 recall

just heard it on the news they are recallin all 02-06 or 07 automatic trannys..because when its put in park it will pop out of park..anyone know about this????

With the others they do the lamest computer flash thing. It honks the horn to let you know its still in gear if you open the door. Its pretty cool when your trying to back up to a trailer. (fart noise)

JIm

Just got my recall notice. Dealer is now telling me ( if you believe him) that the catalyst is cracked -- from this string sounds like its been damaged from the soot problem.

Also had problems with frequent oil change indicators.

What else should I been on the look out for? ( what wont he tell me)

Not a mechanic - so any advice is appreciated.
