tsb on 2007 wobble

does anyone have a copy of or know where I can get a copy of the tsb for 2007 QC 4x4 that talks about wobble in the stock trucks while driving at freeway speeds?

any info would help. I am trying to fight with the dealership about getting it fixed under warranty.

thanks

I was told that it was my tires, but I would think that if it were the tires then it would start earlier than 70mph and not stop doing the wobble when I hit 80mph.
