Hi Ron,

Well, if it's the same problem i had...the blower fan door actually fell off! The dealer warrantied it and it was done in about 2-3 hours. You'll know if thats the problem if you turn it up on high and the entire dash vibrates and you don't feel the air pressure coming out of the vents like you used to. Apparently it's a known problem, according to the dealer. I just had mine done at 30,500.

Cool vibration

hey all, my friend's 06 m.c. did the same thing coming home this past july from bloomsburg 4x4 show. his was the door also, and was fixed under warr. just wanted to give u guy's a head's up getting ready to have your's fixed.. when he took his in he droped it off in the am, he picked it up at night almost 2 mins b4 they closed. the next morning he noticed scratches in his dash board. apparently there was a young new mechanic there that did not quite know what he was doing and left pry and scrape mark's doing what ever it was he was doing to fix my bud's truck. so check your dashe's boy's when u pick your truck up from the dealer because that same mech may b fixing your truck too

i replaced mine today......... took the dash out about 1 foot, replaced the whole assembly........ i got the part number if you guys need it, but the whole thing was 13 dollars before tax.......... they used to be around 80 bucks before everyones recirculator door broke......... Also, it took me 2 hours to take loose, and put everything back the way it was.........
