Power Programmers?

hi my name is Patrick and i was wondering if it was possible if one could buy a power programmer for a 1991 dodge 4x4 single cab long box and also if it is possible to chip them. thanks any info wood be greatly appreciated. Cummins Lover

They aren't controlled by electronics, all you need are some hand tools. Just make a few adjustments to the pump and you have more power.
