I have been wondering this since you posted it but did you paint the bottom portion of the C or just leave it?

Just left it. If you do it right, you will only have a very small portion of the "C" that isn't chrome on the bottom, and it isn't noticable at all.

Well, it actually turned out pretty cool!

I Just finished the mod, I still need to write it up... I was working on a cool skid plate/crossmember idea, got kinda carried away on that one, not documenting the beginning... sometimes that happens because you are not entirely sure where you will end up. BUT, after seeing you were somewhat eager to see what I had in mind, I switched gears and went with the Next Logo Mod.

Check here for a link to it, in case you miss it on New Posts. I have one other idea after this one, which shouldn't be too difficult to guess... Pretty easy to see where I'm going with these totally "Horsepower Free Modifications"!!

Ohh, yeah, stay tuned for a better skid plate system than the factory offers, if that is at all interesting to you. More or less an Advanced fabricator write up, but hell, I did it, so it can't be THAT advanced!!

BTW, I giggled when I saw what the Factory offered...

Got some work to do, let me know what you think.

Can anyone guess what the next "Cummins" mod will be?

Should be an easy guess!
