I am running the spindles and 1 in rear block with 33 x 12.5 and they look sweet. If I were you I would go with some 35s with the 6.5 in. You can't run the stock rims with bigger tires without atleast a 1 in wheel spacer. I found that out the hard way when I put mine on with the 1/2 spacer and the stock wheels and tires and they were almost rubbing the spindle. I am running a 2 in spacer on stock wheels with my set up.

Also 6.7ftw I have the rear 4 in block for the 6.5 lift I need to sell if you are interested. You will just need the spindles, front spacers and break lines. I might sell the break lines also but I have not decieded.

Matt

Thanks but im not too sure what im gonna do with the rear yet. I know if i go 6.5 in the front and 4 in the rear im gonna be higher in the rear which i know is good for towing but im not a fan of the look. Im trying to look for some sort of bag setup that'll work for me so i can air down and sit level or slightly lower in the back for everyday and air up for towing. Been thinkin about the carli airbags for their 4wd lifts but dunno if theyd be overkill for my application.

It will sit level. I have a 1 in block with the spindles and it sits level. So if you add there 3 in spacer in the front with the spindles to get 6.5 in front, in the back you will need to make up for the other 3 in to make it level. I got it with the kit off the forum but didn't want to got with the 6.5 lift. So I just got the 1 in rears from CST.

I have done some measuring and on mine once I put the coil spacers it is still sitting 1.5" shorter in the front...in order to sit completely level 2" rear blocks should be enough once the 3.5" spindles are installed or you can remove the overload spring and use the kits 3" blocks...just my 2 cents I want mine 100% level

maybe the quad cab and mega cab the kit are different no offense RaMatt...but there is no way that on a mega cab that it would sit level with 4" blocks

So will the complete 6.5" kit offered by CST sit level with 315's or do you need the 305's recommended to prevent rubbing? Is it the same basic height as a 4X4 leveled with 315's?

Is it an easy kit to install?

Just installed the kit last night, wasn't too bad. My roommate and I did it without the instructions in about 4 hours.
